The Puerto Rican duo is nominated for Best Album of the Year for Multi_Viral

One of the most outstanding duos in recent years managed to once again prevail in the Grammy awards that recognizes the best in Latin music year after year. Calle 13 received nine nominations in several categories for their latest album, Multi_Viral.

Album of the Year, Record of the Year for “respira el momento,” Single of the Year for “ojos color sol,” Best Urban Music Album for “Multi_Viral” and Best Urban Song for “adentro” are some of the areas in which the Puerto Ricans will compete in the next installment of one of the most important music awards.

Also, Eduardo Cabra, Visitante, is nominated for Producer of the Year for his band’s latest album and “bailar en la cueva” by Jorge Drexler.

As the reggaeton duo continue their Latin American tour promoting their latest album, one must remember that they swept 2011 Grammy’s taking nine awards. Let’s see if history repeats itself.
