World Cup 2014 is coming and we bring for you three famous themes by David Bisbal, Ricky Martin and Shakira that resonated in past World Cups.

With just over 2 weeks before the start of the World Cup Brazil 2014 we are already hearing many songs that will be playing as the tournament heats up across the globe. But in an effort to warm things up for you, we bring you three songs by Latino artists that were hits in past World Cup parties.

Ricky Martin was one of the first singers who made ​​it to the top of the podium with his ” la copa de la vida “, which was the official theme of France 1998 and energized thousands of fans in the post game parties.

Shakira is another of the lucky few artists who got the honor of producing the theme song. The Colombian took the official voice of South Africa 2010 World Cup song , “Waka Waka” , which became a hit , thanks to its infectious beat and her hip movements , a classic for  the singer.

David Bisbal also got his big break in South Africa 2010 as the artist played collaborated with other local singers  with, ” Wavin Flag”.   In some parts of the world it was even more popular than Shakira’s “Waka Waka”.
