Black Guayaba

The Puerto Rican group Black Guayava revealed some details of their next single, “Hoy,” a song with a punk-folk beat that will be part of the new album of the Grammy award winning musicians.

“We are always in the process of evolution. Rock has many shades, from the least to the most commercial,” said Gustavo Gonzalez, a member of the group.

Meanwhile, keyboardist Carlos Colon added that “each song has its own personality, but electric is the underlying theme. It is about seizing the moment and living for today. ”

Black Guayava is one of the most promising rock bands out of Puerto Rico and hopes to increase their fan base with the release of their new album sometime in the spring of 2015.
